Je
suis fan des Dépèche Mode depuis 1984 et je possède tous
leurs albums. En 1995,j'ai appris le départ d'Alan Wilder
du groupe et j'ai perdu sa trace car,malheureusement,en
Belgique,on n'en parle pas beaucoup.Dommage! En 1999,j'ai
visionné la k7 vidéo des Dépèche Mode("Depeche Mode-The
Videos 86>98")et j'ai vu Alan Wilder dans"a short film".C'est
à ce moment-là que je me suis demandé ce qu'il était devenu.
En mars 2000,dans"Télé Moustique",une revue de programme
T.V.ayant toutes sortes de rubriques(musicale notement),j'ai
vu qu'on parlait de lui à l'occasion de la sortie de"Liquid".
J'ai souvent écouté Radio 21 qui assez écclectique en
styles de musique.Je trouve cela génial car cela sort
de l'ordinnaire.C'est agréable à écouter.Rien à voir avec
ce qu'on entend d'habitude aujourd'hui.Je trouve que tous
les chanteurs se copie,c'est nul! C'est pour cela que
j'aime des genres de musiques différents. Curieuse de
connaitre Recoil,j'ai donc acheté tous les albums.Le 1er
que j'ai écouté,c'est"Unsound Method".Quelques secondes
de cette musique ont suffit à me séduire.Alan est génial
et très talentueux.Sa musique sort de l'ordinnaire,elle
ressemble à une musique de film.Qu'il continue,vraiment
je l'aime sa musique.Les autres albums dont le dernier
sont très bien construits et recherchés."Liquid" est excellent
aussi. Voilà. Anne Fries.

J'ai
connu "Recoil" par la radio, il s'agissait juste d'un
commantaire du présentateur de l'époque, c'était en
1988 si je me rappel bien. Du coup je suis allé chez
un bon discaire, du coup j'ai tout acheté "1+2", "Hydrology
5+6" et le 12" "Faith Healer" à cette époque. Depuis
j'ai tout les albums et 12" du groupe.

Without
having knowingly listened to Recoil before, I bought
Unsound Methods strictly on my love of what Alan contributed
to Depeche Mode. In finally hearing his music, I discovered
something that spoke to a part of me that had been starving
for this sound. Recoil is the soundtrack to my twisted
fantasies as well as contemplative moments. It was Recoil's
lastest brillant cd Liquid which made me an even bigger
fan and want to connect with other fans.

The
first time I heard about the existence of Recoil was
on a Depeche Mode web forum. I heard various people
discussing the album 'Unsound Methods' and added it
to my list of CDs to buy. So, one day soon after, I
saw it listed at a BMG music site and bought it. Needless
to say, it made me a fan!

I
learned about Alan's work with Recoil when I got into
Depeche Mode a few years ago. I bought "Bloodline" a
few months before "Liquid" came out and I was hooked.
I ordered "Liquid" as soon as it was released and that
really took my interest. He could make two different
yet totally interesting and powerful albums and that
just struck a chord with me. I've been a huge fan ever
since.

I
have been a fan of Depeche Mode for years. But I first
heard about Alan's project while I was listening to
the radio, KROQ in Los Angeles. Richard Blade played
"Faith Healer" on the radio and when the song was over
he mentioned that it was Alan from DM. Then later on
that day I saw the video to Faith Healer. Needless to
say from that day I have always been a fan of Recoil.

've been a recoil fan from quite a long time and was
really saddened when Alan left Depeche Mode but I was
very pleased with what he has done with Recoil and specially
Unsound Methods and Bloodline which are my fav ones.
