Paul Kendall (nickname: PK) has been obsessed by sound since he was young. He first follows
classic studies, in which he studies Mathematics at York University. After his studies,
he gets back to London where he will work for a bank for 9 years. So PK starts to work as a sound engineer in Mute Studios and for many different Mute artists ( see a list of them below, some are not from Mute records). He gains a good reputation on all the records he works. In 1995, with Daniel Miller and Mute Records, he decides to get back to his first love in music: electro-acoustic music. They launch some new set of albums called "The Parallel Series". In 1997, He decided to take a break from Mute and work on his own and also spend more time in his family life and most of all his two small children, He leaves Mute at that time. PK will collaborate to the recording of the album "Liquid" with Alan Wilder, which was released in 2000. Not bearing anymore the London way of life, PK decides to leave London to go to Paris on early 2002. He has met in 2001 a young French artist called Olivia Louvell with whom he will record an album: "The Digital Intervention - capture". One of the songs of this album: "Coma Idyllique" was recorded at the Thin Line - Alan Wilder's studio, who has contributed to the string arrangements of the song. The album was released in 2003 at the 0101 label. Last but not least, PK also contributed to the recording of the new Recoil album: SubHuman. Here are some albums,
